My husband and I spent a lovely weekend in Monterey for our five year wedding anniversary - back where it all happened. The Lodge at Pebble Beach brought back over-flowing memories of our precious day, and the afternoon couldn't be any sweeter. I walked down the same stairs that I walked five years back to greet my father, and continued to walk the aisle on the 18th green where the commencement began. We strolled down the pier where our wedding party gathered for a quirky photoshoot. After all the walking my husband and I deservingly enjoyed a champagne brunch that offered an endless spread. We sat over-looking the green where there was sweet reminiscing of all the magical things you dream a wedding could be. A peak into our anniversary weekend...

So it's old news, but J. Crew's Fall lookbook has me turning side-ways, and I couldn't help but feature their upcoming looks. J. Crew has never looked this polished, this colorful and this pain-staking good! It's a definite pick-me-up for any average Fall day - pulsing hot pink wool pants, rustic orange mini dresses and striped leggings??? They've outdone themselves with their ultra-luxe tailored looks. It's not officially summer without a slew of short options to chose from, and although the cut-off denim shorts are the unofficial summer uniform, I have a different kind of short in mind this season. Her commercial side gives her a sweet innocence, but we all know that hidden beneath her all american apparel are fierce tattoo's and edgy piercings. J. Crew teamed up with Nili Lotan to create their latest limited-edition pieces, an Israeli-born designer that's based in NYC working with an intimate team in her Tribeca atelier.
