{pierre balmain}

The Fall 2012 collection from Balmain's romantic sister, Pierre Balmain has been making headlines. Balmain's secondary line with slightly lower price points is all about body conscious designs and boyish basics with feminine accents. No piggy bank busting necessary.

{everything evening}

Zara's evening lookbook has me immensely looking forward to Holiday soirees, elegant dinners and sequined dresses. Happy December!

{the tenth muse}

I am loving Diego Uchitel's luminous story for Gravure Magazine starring the beautiful Anastasia who is an ethereal goddess in vintage pieces echoing early twentieth century style. These images give me thoughts of drifting to the sheer romance of cozy winter nights...

{leather & leopard}

The Moss factor...Kate's most memorable moment. A fusion of rock-n-roll flair and classic elegance for Fall's 2010 Vogue UK editorial that the supermodal royalty styled herself.

{through the decades}

Paris in the Roaring Twenties, sultry piano bars, city streets, cobblestone backdrops make for the perfect setting for Free People's Holiday Lookbook. Stay tuned for news on the more modern chapters!

{casual chic}

Happy Monday my Deshabille readers. I didn't mean to go missing for so long, but as you know working in the fashion industry means travel, long hours and sometimes mini vacay's for peace of mind. I took a little trip to South Lake Tahoe for some R&R where I took long walks along the lake, sat in cafes and took in the last days of the warm sun against my skin. I am not certain when I will get a chance to post next, but for now I am leaving you with a snap of my most luxuriously relaxing weekend...bye for now.
